SUMMER MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE CAMPS 2009
Enjoy the flexibility of the children’s summer adventure pass. Every day is an adventure: Bungee Trampoline, Gondola rides, climbing wall, Alpine Slide, nature walks, arts & crafts, Obstacle course and more.

1 visit Adventure Pass $130.00
Each 5 visit pass can be used any 5 days the camp is in session and includes attraction fees, lunch, t-shirt and a water bottle. Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable. One pass per child. Reservations will be encouraged to guarantee your space. Daily walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Passes are non-transferable and must be used by September 7, 2009.

2009 Kids Summer Mountain Adventure Camp Schedule
Ages 4-6 yrs old
Mountain Hike & Masterpiece Monday:
Take to the trails for a nature excursion returning to base camp with your appetite for a Make-It-Your-Way pizza lunch. Create a work of art with any treasures discovered along the hike.
Trek, Track and Tie Dye Tuesday:
Trek into the woods for some nature exploration on our cross country trails. Identify animal Tracks. Use your camp T-Shirt or bring along something you’d like to spruce up with a splash of color.
Wild, Wet, & Wacky Wednesday:
Wander into the wild to explore the rivers and streams of the Stowe Mountain Resort base areas. Look for native plant-life and creatures. Enjoy a picnic lunch and then wiggle your toes in the waters near camp.
Tons-of-Fun Thursday:
Tackle the obstacle course, tie in for a jump on the bungee trampoline or take to the sky on a gondola ride. Gather at base camp for an afternoon barbeque and ice cream building bonanza.
Friday Field Days:
Frisbee golf, kite flying, and games in the camp fields. Build your own kite to fly and design your own frisbee to toss with friends.
Sight-Seeing Saturday:
Set out on a nature walk in search of a secret spot on Stowe’s very own Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak. We’ll pack a snack and head to the hills to explore the environment. A picnic lunch will be served followed by face painting and an opportunity to make your own beaded jewelry.
Sundae Sunday:
Swing into summer at the Summer Attractions on the bungee trampoline or take on a challenge at the obstacle course. Satisfy your appetite with a barbeque and an afternoon ice cream sundae building bonanza.
Camp is open, rain or shine.

2009 Mountain Adventure Summer Camp Schedule
Ages 7-12 yrs old
Mountain Bike Monday:
Take to the skills and drills park for an exciting mountain bike morning (mountain bike and helmet required). Return to base camp with your appetite for a Make-It-Your-Way pizza lunch. Then back to the park for more practice on your skills and drills, followed by a trip to the pool to get cool.
Tie Dye Tuesday:
Explore the trails, rivers and streams on a scavenger hunt behind base camp. Back to base camp with items you collected on the hunt to create your very own Masterpiece. Lunch on the green followed by an afternoon tie dying your camp T-Shirt (or bring along something you’d like to spruce up with a splash of color).
Rock to the Top Wednesday:
Smell the rock, feel the rock, be the rock, climb the rock. Learn the basics of rock climbing from our own in house expert. You will be taken to some local “sweet” spots to test your skill on the big boulders. Enjoy a picnic lunch and then wiggle your toes in the waters near camp or a trip to the pool to get cool.

A trip to the attractions for a morning of fun on the Alpine Slide, Bungee Jump, Climbing Wall, and the Obstacle Course. Then take to the sky on a gondola ride. Gather at base camp for an afternoon barbeque and ice cream building bonanza.

Frisbee golf, kite flying, and games in the camp fields. Build your own kite to fly and design your own Frisbee to toss with friends.
Summit Saturday:
Set out on a hike to the summit of one of our very own Mount Mansfield or Spruce Peak. Explore the environment along the way. Stop to enjoy the view and share a snack with new friends. Head back to base camp for a picnic lunch. Cool your feet in the pool or play water games at base camp.
Sundae Sunday:
Swing into summer at the Summer Attractions on the Alpine Slide, Bungee Jump, Climbing Wall, and the Obstacle Course. Take to the sky on a gondola ride and explore the tundra at the top. Satisfy your appetite with a barbeque and an afternoon ice cream sundae building bonanza.
